Cañete bara y mantel looks like just the place to have been

I am no longer absolutely sure if I got this picture from photographing a magazine or how it went down. But when I see the picture I get this feeling of authentic Spain – of having found a hitten gem from the past. I feel pretty sure also that the food you will get served here has not at all undergone some sort of modern twist or fusion (of course it hasn’t).  But the picture reveal big chunks of aged meat, of fresh mushrooms and 7 chefs working the line.
